Handelsmerkur 2021 for VPZ
Since 2002, the trade division of WKO Styria has been awarding the “Handelsmerkur” for the best companies in the Styrian retail landscape. This prize is awarded annually to companies or entrepreneurs who have performed particularly well and thus contribute to prosperity and quality of life in Styria, Austria.
The Handelsmerkur took place on November 3, 2021 in the auditorium of the Old University of Graz. A jury of experts consisting of renowned representatives of the Styrian business community selects the award winners who have excelled in innovation, creativity, sustainability, regional value creation and workplace design for employees. There were four nominees and three winners in the categories “under 10 employees”, “over 10 employees” and “lifetime achievement”.
VPZ was chosen as the winner in the “over 10 employees” category by the specialist jury for its focus on ecological and innovative packaging developments.
