The creation of the international Packnatur^® brand paved the way. VPZ Verpackungszentrum in Graz, Austria, a trading company specialising in compostable food packaging, financed the research and invested in setting up a production facility in Neudau in Eastern Styria (Austria). Now the time has come to take the next step into the future. The wide range of commercial products was transferred to partner companies in order to be able to focus entirely on the international distribution of the company’s own development, Cellulose Tube Netting made from Lenzing fibres. Innovative cellulose net specialities for a wide range of applications complete the company’s field of expertise.

In the meantime, Packnatur GmbH has built up a potential production capacity of over 60 million running metres. In order to be able to offer the constantly growing range of products required by the market, continuous investments have been made in all the necessary technical equipment in production. As a result, the company is ideally equipped for innovative product developments.
